Deep ruby. Aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, warm spice, garrigue — thyme, rosemary, lavender — and a mineral, chalky quality from the limestone Causses soils. The palate is medium-full bodied with concentrated fruit and a long, herb-driven finish. A Syrah/Grenache blend from the limestone plateaux of Minervois.
