Deep straw-yellow with golden highlights. The nose is complex with ripe pear, apricot, and white peach layered with acacia blossom and emerging mineral and flint notes from bottle development. The palate is full-bodied and textured with bright, integrated acidity; flavours of citrus, preserved peach, and lemon are underpinned by a saline, crushed-stone minerality characteristic of the Timorasso variety. The finish is long and clean with a lingering bitter almond note.
