An elegant nose of lemon zest, white peach, green apple skin and subtle floral notes with layers of fresh brioche and lightly toasted hazelnut. The palate is focused and mineral-driven with excellent natural acidity and a clean, persistent finish. A serious Adelaide Hills traditional method sparkling wine from Deviation Road.
