Pale green-gold. The nose shows ripe white fruit - quince, pear and apple - with citrus and a light floral lift. The palate is dry and rounded, with red apple and citrus flavours and a touch of mineral character from unoaked, lees-aged fruit. The finish is fresh and persistent with a citrus edge.
