Bright pale gold. Aromas of white peach, pear, citrus zest and honeysuckle with a subtle mineral, slaty note. The palate is elegant and precise; stone fruit and citrus are supported by lively acidity and a saline, mineral backbone. There is good texture from lees contact without any heaviness. The finish is clean, persistent and mineral-driven.
