Tasting Notes
Bright gold with a fine, persistent bead; aromatics of citrus, green apple and white flowers with underlying brioche and toasted almond. There is a lifted freshness typical of Chardonnay-dominant blends. The palate is balanced and expressive; citrus and stone fruit sit alongside subtle pastry notes and a light mineral edge. The mousse is fine and creamy, giving texture without weight. There is a gentle vinosity that adds depth while maintaining elegance. The finish is clean and persistent, with lingering citrus, toast and a refined, chalky note.
