Bright straw-gold in colour with fine, persistent bubbles forming a delicate perlage. The nose is fragrant and expressive, opening with red berry fruits — cherry and redcurrant — alongside citrus zest, fresh brioche and light toasted notes. Hints of dried fruit, almond and spice emerge with time. On the palate the entry is lively and precise, with excellent balance between red fruit, fresh acidity and a fine mineral backbone. A creamy mousse frames fine, integrated bubbles. The finish is clean and persistent, with lingering citrus and mineral freshness.
